Being Angry!

Being angry doesn't make me an angry person. It's healthy and natural to get angry now and again.

Today, If I feel angry about something even something small like getting cut off in traffic.

I'll remind myself that anger is natural.

If I'm ever feeling angry a lot.

I'll get help because I'm not an angry person!
