Emotions

I'm more sensitive than I let on.

Sometimes I have to go back and feel emotions from the past that , I had pushed down just to survive or be strong.

Today when I get a moment I'll think back to spmething that happened in the past that might need more emotional processing.

Then, when i have a real time.

I'll sit with any old emotions that still need to come up.
