My Emotions

Part of being in touch with my emotions is being in touch with when I'm Happiest.

Today, even if it's just for a few minutes I'll do something that almost always puts a smile on my face.

Like write, snuggle up with my husband sit outside daydream play music straighten up the house read books make a child or someone smile do good deed for someone else or connect with a friend!
