Sometimes in my life!

I sometimes wear a lot of differents hats

during the day,so I build in healthy

transition time between events and roles.

Today I'll try to build in five

to fifteen minutes of transition time

between meetings,docto'rs appointments

childcare pickups,household chores,

or anything else,where I am switching,gears and need a moment to

take a breath and reconnect with myself

before moving on the next activity.
