Things that Happen!

Things that happen in the present can trigger old wounds form the past .

When I'm triggered this way I can recall the lessons from the past while reminding myself that this is the Present.

Today I'll observe my life a detective to see if something or someone in my life is triggering wounds from the past.

Just Pausing to remind myself I'm being triggered from the past helps put me back into the present and healthy reality of my current situations.
