What is Stress?

The chemical goes to the kidneys and triggers a process in which stored glycogen is converted into glucose increase the flow of the blood.

When you body repeats this chemical process regular over time will be come Chronic.

Write down what is stressing you out. Work on it to let go the stress and start living a better healthy life.
